How do I set up a cleaning?

Include the following basic information in your message: the address of the item to be cleaned, the description of what you want cleaned, and your contact info and name.
How do you price your cleaning?

Our pricing is simple, its a starting show up price of $175 for everything but roofs. our starting price for roofs is $200. Everything after that is added on or can be a little more flexible. based on time, difficulty of steep angles or bacteria growth etc. We often throw in a surprise bonus cleaning of an additional small item for a good discount or for free. Not all gutters and porches are equally difficult for example. We will make the price to satisfaction outcome right for you regardless.

We accept Debit and Credit cards -or- Payments in cash at the time of cleaning. If you are interested in a customer contract for repeat business every year, then send me an email.
